How to join
The main idea behind FYP is to promote young professionals networking and idea-sharing. FYP has networks as members, we don’t have individuals as members. FYP member networks are young professionals’ networks or clubs in their own companies located mainly in the Helsinki metropolitan area.
FYP's core consists of the FYP Board and the Network leaders of FYP member networks:
FYP Board takes care of FYP’s planning, activities, event management and main principles
FYP member networks's representatives are involved in planning and organizing FYP events and developing FYP further
To be able to join FYP, the following requirements should be met:
There is an existing young professionals' network/club with a core organizational group in the company
The network/club is recognized by the company
The network/club has an active history of minimum 1 year
Once joined, we require that:
FYP member networks contribute to FYP activities as participants and organizers
Member network’s FYP representative ensures the communication between FYP and own network
Member networks are responsible for organizing their own operations
If you already have an existing network, we can continue discussions about joining.
